Healthy body nutritionIn our life team, we will eat about 70,000 meals and 60 tons of food. The major health problems in North America and European countries are largely caused by a poor diet, excessive energy intake, and not enough physical activity. Nutrition is one key to developing and maintaining a state of health that is optimal for human body. Food provides both the energy and the nutrients needed to build and maintain all body cells. Most of the nutrients are primary nutrients and they are quite essential too and they are having specific biological functions.

A Healthy body requires only some simple planning and doesn’t have to mean deprivation and misery. Variety in your food makes a good thing that is variety makes meals more interesting and helps to ensure that a diet contains sufficient nutrients. We have to be caution about the energy density when we intake of Nutritional food, especially regarding the calories and an energy-dense food is high in calories but weights very light, whereas a food low in energy density provides little energy but weights a lot, such as an mango.

Foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, meats and poultry currently are not required to have nutrition facts label. Nutrition plays a major role in the human health system and taking nutritional food is essential for all ages since our environment is changing day by day.
