People with insomnia will not enjoy sleeping in night and get up early in the morning. It affects the whole life in that day. It is more common for all human including children, women and old people. Insomnia will lead in to health problem such as depression or chronic pain. It will also makes driving dangerous and lead the person to die. It will also encourage depression, anxiety and other mental or emotional conditions.

Insomnia causes stress. Stress will proceed in to fear and worry about work. It is important to treat insomnia. Appropriate treatment will help to reduce chronic pain, emotional problem and stress. Doctor will advise the person with insomnia is to avoid caffeine or alcohol for several hours before bedtime. He will also give counseling about the sleep history. He advised to go to bed at the same time each day and get up at the same time each day. People should engage in regular exercise and to avoid daytime naps.

It is bad to watch TV in late night and avoid the sleep. It will not leave the people in the morning with a fresh mood. This is also one of the most common problems in insomnia. It is reliable to change in sleeping habits and set the surroundings tilled with peaceful atmosphere for better sleep. Otherwise it will lead in to pain, breathing problems, restless leg syndrome and many other heath problems.

Medicine will not help in any way to treat insomnia permanently. This may be treating temporarily. Sleeping pills will not help for better sleep. It will lead in to some other side effects. Sometimes it may lead in to death of over consuming. It will not help I change of lifestyle and behavior changes. Lack of sleep can lead to depression, anxiety, accidents, and problem at work, marital and social problems. Family care and appropriate treatment may help the people to avoid these problems and feel better.
